When Marc came to our organisation, we had just rolled out a digital school platform that was causing numerous problems. Many users opposed the platform, there were over 300 bugs, the project was managed on an ad hoc basis and the relationship with our supplier had hit rock bottom.

As a project manager, Marc succeeded in solving all of these problems. The bugs were dealt with, professionalism was restored in our contact with the supplier and the project team was managed effectively. His open communication reduced users’ resistance and enhanced cooperation within the project team.
